John Patrick Duncan is PJ and Skyler 's son who shares a name with his second cousin,Bree and Kaz 's son. They have opposite personalities, and aside from the same hairstyle and color, look nothing alike, with this John taking more from his mother's side of the family. John P, as John is frequently called, is extremely smart. Whereas his second cousin is irresponsible, sarcastic, sassy, kind-hearted, and reckless like Bree, John is an responsible, truthful, careful kid with an aggressive heart do to his parents IQs going crazy when he was born. His brother Pat is nicer, but equally honest and careful.
